Generally 4-6 weeks from approval of your artwork. In peak periods, delivery can be up to 8 weeks, we'll inform you in advance of ordering if this is the case.

Your graphic designer will be able to supply you with a vector version of your logo. Vector based images are defined by mathematical equations and are resolution independent. Files are scalable to any size and therefore print at optimal definition at all times.
Acceptable formats include: .ai, .eps and .pdf.
Yes, design is included in the production cost.

Yes, we generally show sample garments to clients before they place an order. Viewing some of our past work will help you decide on design, garment type and sizing.

Wash all garments in cold water and line dry. Do not iron. Use a color-safe non-chlorine bleach for dirt and mud stains, and spot clean gently to avoid snagging fabric.
